Toronto Science Academy is looking for enthusiastic online educators who can teach courses in
History, Geography, Law, Philosophy, or the Social Sciences
(Anthropology, Psychology, Sociology).Our students are located across Canada and around the world, earning Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) credits through our interactive online platform.
What You'll Be Doing:
Host
virtual lessons and discussions
each week in small-group settings. Review and mark assignments, essays, and assessments with care. Encourage critical thinking and strong communication in every class. Track student progress and communicate regularly with learners. Use your creativity to bring historical and social concepts to life online.What You Bring:
A
Bachelor's degree
in Education, History, Social Sciences, or a related discipline. Prior teaching experience at the secondary level preferred.Ontario College of Teachers certification (OCT)
or similar international teaching experience is an asset. Excellent English communication and digital teaching skills. Comfortable using tools such asZoom, Google Workspace, or Moodle
