Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their development through play-based learning. You will work closely with children aged 3-7 years, supporting their emotional, social, and cognitive growth while ensuring a safe and engaging atmosphere.

Duties

Develop and implement age-appropriate educational programs that promote learning through play. Create a warm, welcoming environment that encourages exploration and creativity. Observe and assess children's development, documenting progress and identifying areas for improvement. Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support children's learning and development at home. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment. Plan and lead activities that stimulate physical, emotional, social, and intellectual growth. Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their independence and self-esteem. Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge of early childhood education.

Requirements

A degree or certification in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred. Experience working with young children in an educational setting is highly desirable. Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues. Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles. Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with young children. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also demonstrating initiative in planning activities. Ability and experience in remote and online tutoring using google classroom and zoom
