The Family Enhancement Centre is a trusted, client-centered counselling agency committed to delivering high-quality mental health services across Canada. We are seeking a Clinical Manager to lead our clinical operations, support our team of therapists, and ensure best practices in mental health service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:Provide leadership and oversight to clinical staff, including Social Workers and Registered Psychotherapists
Supervise and support Clinical Supervisors, ensuring alignment with professional standards and agency values
Manage and monitor clinical workflows, caseload distribution, and service delivery targets
Support hiring, onboarding, performance evaluations, and staff development
Ensure compliance with professional, ethical, and legislative standards (e.g., OCSWSSW, CRPO, OCN,)
Collaborate with administrative and leadership teams on program development and strategic planning
Oversee and improve quality assurance processes, including case audits and outcome tracking
Foster a positive and supportive team environment through regular clinical meetings and staff engagement
Respond to client escalations, critical incidents, and risk management situations
Represent the agency in relevant networks, partnerships, and community initiatives
Qualifications:Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling or a related field
Registration in good standing with a recognized Ontario regulatory college (e.g., OCSWSSW, CRPO)
Minimum 5 years of clinical experience with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
Proven experience in clinical supervision, service planning, and team management
Strong knowledge of ethical, legal, and professional standards in Ontario's mental health sector
Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Training in trauma-informed care and therapy models is an asset
