Scope and General Purpose:
Hands-on leader with a strong background in property/building maintenance. The successful candidate will have a great attitude, exceptional building operations knowledge, and a goal towards providing high quality maintenance services. They will also have a strong work ethic, be a good fit for the team, and have a focus on preventative maintenance.
To complete all preventative maintenance checks and repairs, repair damaged or faulty equipment of all equipment in all aspects of the facility.

Salary Range: $85,000 - $100,000/year - commensurate to experience
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Not Limited to:
Manage and maintain functional inventory of parts and equipment
Ability to ascertain problem areas with equipment and provide cost effective solutions
Perform daily, weekly and monthly checks of all pertinent equipment on site
Perform preventative, routine, and emergency maintenance on building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, snow removal, landscaping, etc.).
Coordinate with contractors and vendors for larger repair projects.
Maintain accurate records of work orders, inspections, and repairs.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Provide excellent service to guests and staff by addressing maintenance needs quickly and professionally.
Overseeing contractors when professional repairs are necessary
Showcase your exceptional judgement and problem-solving skills.
Interacts with internal and external customers in a professional, courteous and respectful manner that contributes toward a positive and productive worksite. Also, can work well with others, and independently. In addition, can follow direction from foreman and field management
Notifying the Foreman or Supervisor of any equipment deficiencies.
Completing Cleaning duties as per schedule
Any other duties as assigned
Other Requirements:
Highest Priority given to candidates with ability to operate skid steer and having a valid class 3 licence with air brakes
