Position:

REMOTE BILINGUAL (FRENCH) PRIVATE CLINIC NURSE (FT & PT POSITIONS)
RPN/LPN, RN

Job Responsibilities:

• Administer medications in the patient's home, specialty clinics, and Physician clinic settings.
• Assess and monitor pre and post-injection/infusion treatments as directed by program protocols.
• Completes necessary documentation based on policies and procedures.
• Provide patient / Caregiver education based on product monographs and program protocols, individually or in groups.
• Report adverse events, serious adverse events, and product complaints.
• Communicates and works effectively amongst teams, i.e., case managers, physicians, pharmacy, scheduling, and other departments to meet established timelines for scheduling appointments and treatments.
• Communicates effectively with Patients/Caregivers to set up appointments and drug delivery to home and clinic.
• Participate regularly in team web-based meetings/training sessions.
• Participates in specialized client-related training as required.
• Required to travel within your designated assignment.
• Required to complete ongoing and annual education training within the specified timeframes.
• May be required to be on standby/on call to meet the service needs.

Experience & Key Requirements:

• Relevant experience as a Registered Nurse or RPN/LPN required.
• Experience in IV initiation.
• Current registration with licensing body; CPR certificate.
• Experience in critical care, emergency, acute care inpatient/outpatient, or homecare setting.
• ACLS, PALs, MS and CVAA Certification, and central venous lines/port experience are considered assets.
• Able to travel to clinics and homecare appointments within a set geographical boundary
• Business and financial acumen is an asset.
• Strong critical thinking skills and application
