We are currently seeking an energetic and enthusiastic full time relief receptionist/administrative clerk to join our busy team. Candidates must be able to work well both independently and within a team environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES



Relief Reception



Welcome clients and visitors being the first point of contact for clients and guests. Answer incoming calls, take messages and forward calls to the appropriate team member. Accept and process client payments. Coordinate and schedule boardroom appointments and meetings as needed. Ensure reception area and boardrooms are tidy and clean. Maintaining a positive and professional environment while providing exceptional customer service skills.

Administrative tasks



Open files. Post disbursements. Input and maintain records. Process incoming and outgoing mail and couriers. Filing/photocopying/scanning. Organizing files and creating binders. Preparing and sending out account letters. Bank runs. Other ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed

QUALIFICATIONS



Minimum of grade 12 education required. Ability to excel in a customer service focused environment is a must. Previous experience in a law firm is considered an advantage. Proven track record in either a receptionist or clerical role within a hospitality setting is considered an asset. Enthusiastic, energetic and team oriented. Has proven typing and general office administration skills. Must be able to communicate effectively, both written and verbally, in the English language. Be able to work with minimal supervision and demonstrates a strong ability to problem solve. Has proficient computer skills (i.e. Microsoft Office Suite, Word and Excel). Has demonstrated multi-tasking skills and the ability to work well independently and in a team environment.

CBM Lawyers offers a competitive hourly salary. We also offer a variety of benefits including:
