Position Title:

Relief Manager

Location:

Imagine Cinemas Sudbury, Sudbury ON

Position Description:

The key responsibilities of a Relief Manager are:

Lead and manage a dedicated team of employees, including assigning tasks

Provide an exceptional customer experience, including handling any customer inquiries and/or issues

Responsible for handling cash and exporting nightly cash, box office and concession reports

Assist with working theatre attendant positions, including cleaning all areas of the theatre (lobby, concession, auditoriums and washrooms)

Responsible for handling technical issues that may arise

Required skills and competencies:

Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively (oral & written)

Strong leadership abilities

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills (both customer and technical)

Ability to multi-task; manage and prioritize tasks and activities effectively and efficiently

Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work independently as well as part of a management team

Cash handling and Point of Sale (POS) experience

Required Experience:

1-2 years of experience in a theatre, fast-food, restaurant, retail or similar environment

1-2 years of managerial experience in a theatre, fast-food, restaurant, retail or similar environment is considered an asset

Required Education:

Secondary School Diploma or current student

Job Type:

Part-time, Hourly

MUST be able to work flexible hours, including late nights, weekends and holidays. (Open availability weekends and Tuesdays is required)
