About the Role
The Relentless Intake Coordinator (RIC) engages and supports at-risk youth in the Road to Work program by facilitating intake assessments, coordinating referrals to YOUCAN programs and external agencies, and assisting youth in achieving independence. This role also includes part-time DATA COLLECTION responsibilities to track participant progress and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate Road to Work meet & greet sessions and intake assessments.
Evaluate youth needs, strengths, goals, and barriers.
Coordinate referrals to appropriate YOUCAN programs and external service providers.
Collect, maintain, and report accurate participant data, including assessments, service referrals, and program outcomes.
Collaborate with community organizations, schools, and youth programs to streamline referrals and promote YOUCAN services.
Develop strategies to ensure a steady flow of youth for intake sessions.
Schedule and conduct intake interviews with team members to ensure a welcoming and respectful environment.
Provide case management support and advocate for youth internally and externally.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Diploma or degree in Child and Youth Care, Social Work, or related field.
Minimum three years of direct service experience with at-risk youth.
Experience working with multi-culturally diverse youth.
Knowledge of case management and DATA COLLECTION; familiarity with data tracking tools is an asset.
Equivalent experience or education may be considered.
Working Conditions
Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., with occasional evenings and weekends for events.
Moderate physical effort may be required, including lifting, standing for extended periods, and working in varying conditions.
Prolonged periods of computer use and telephone interaction.
Navigating interactions with challenging youth, including unpredictable or aggressive behavior.
Criminal record and child welfare checks required.

Pay: $52,000.00-$58,000.00 per year
