Job Summary


We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Clinical Rehabilitation Receptionist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will serve as a key point of contact between patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies, facilitating smooth communication and coordination for physiotherapy and massage therapy appointment. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong customer service abilities, and some familiarity with medical office procedures. On site training is provided. The Clinical Rehabilitation Receptionist will play a vital role in ensuring patients receive timely and appropriate care while maintaining efficient administrative operations.

Responsibilities



Act as the primary contact for patients regarding rehabilitation services, providing clear information and support throughout their treatment process Coordinate with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and patients to schedule appointments and follow-ups Maintain accurate patient records using data entry skills and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information Manage front desk duties including greeting visitors, answering phone systems, and handling inquiries with professional phone etiquette Perform clerical tasks such as filing, proofreading documents, and managing correspondence Clinic laundry and light cleaning Support administrative functions including appointment setting, patient check-in/out procedures, and general office organization Assist with bookkeeping tasks related to patient billing and insurance claims processing Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain organized records for auditing purposes

Experience



Prior experience in a medical office environment is a bonus but not required Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on effective communication and phone etiquette Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while maintaining accuracy in recordkeeping
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
