Job Description

Job Title: Compliance EngineerThis role involves working closely with product development teams to define regulatory and commercial test requirements, develop and manage compliance programs, and advise on product compliance de-risk activities. The Compliance Engineer will assist in defining early Product Integrity (PI) architectural requirements in new product/platform designs concerning EMC, safety, and homologation. Key responsibilities include collaborating with product development teams to scope and plan test programs, working with test partners during compliance test programs, and assisting sales and field support personnel with customer-related non-compliance issues, bid proposals, and conformity assessments. Additionally, the role supports global account teams with product homologation activities.Hard Skills

• Telecommunications experience (ethernet communication, optical, cables, plugs, transmission etc.)
• Experience with NEBS Testing Certs (Telcordia GR-63-CORE, Telcordia GR-1089-CORE, Telcordia GR-3108, Telcordia GR-487, ETSI EN 300 019-X-Y, ETSI EN 300 132-Y)
• Regulatory experience with 3rd parties (TUV, BV bureau veritas)

Soft Skills

• Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders including design teams (electrical, mechanical, thermal, industrial) and account/system engineering teams
• Effective management of quarterly and annual budgets
