CanadaPass is a Canadian immigration law consultancy firm based in Toronto, Canada, with several offices overseas. Our team of experienced immigration consultants, lawyers, and clerks is dedicated to offering the highest immigration services to our clients. We assist clients through various programs, including the ones under IMP'S, LMIA-based work permits, provincial entrepreneur streams, start-up visa programs, family sponsorship, express entry, the Atlantic immigration pilot program, the rural and northern immigration pilot program, as well as study permits.Note: You must be permitted to work in Canada to apply for this position. We do not sponsor applications from other countries or those not authorized.Job Responsibilities

  • Ensuring the accuracy and adjustment of the client's data and the planning and review of all legal documents.
  • Ensuring a seamless process by overseeing all parts of visa and immigration applications.
  • Complete immigration document preparation without supervision
  • Managing the provision of business-class immigration services relevant to Canadian Permanent Residence (PR) as well as arranging the temporary residence application process
  • Working a significant volume of immigration cases under tight deadlines
  • Direct and effective client communication via phone and email
  • Organizing files, managing files, and keeping track of deadlines
  • Maintaining timely and effective communication with clients and other colleagues.
  • Researching and staying current on immigration programs
  • Keeping a positive working connection with all clients and coworkers.

  • Licenced RCIC, Member of good standing of CICC
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Canadian Immigration Law.
  • Speaking Farsi is an asset.
  • Experience in corporate immigration is an asset.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of business immigration systems, including. Imp's, LMIA applications, Free Trade Agreements, etc.
  • Thorough knowledge of Canadian immigration laws, rules, and procedures.
  • Excellent command of the English language, with outstanding writing skills.
  • Master in drafting with the ability to generate creative submission letters.
  • Time management, as well as the ability to complete an excellent portfolio.
  • Motivated and a team player.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • You must have a thorough understanding of the following Canadian immigration systems and procedures:
  • 1. The LMIA procedure (application and transition plan)
2. International mobility programs3. The owner-operator, its requirements, as well as the business structures requirement4. Provincial Nomination Programs (PNPs) business and skilled groupsJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $40,000.00-$49,000.00 per yearSchedule:
  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
