Work Arrangements
Regular full-time faculty position starting in the Winter 2024 semester. The candidate must be able to teach days and/or evenings and/or Saturdays and teach both in person at New Westminster campuses and online.

The Role
The Faculty of Commerce and Business Administration is seeking a regular full-time instructor starting in the Winter 2024 term.


Responsibilities
You will instruct students, facilitate learning and evaluate student progress in College courses. You will plan, organize and manage learning activities and resources, provide academic advice to learners and maintain quality learner\xe2\x80\x90centered instruction.


To Be Successful in this Role You Will Need
Ideally the successful candidate will have significant post-secondary teaching experience as well as significant demonstrated managerial experience. The successful candidate must be fully prepared to teach the following courses:

• BUSN 1200 (Fundamentals of Business)
• BUSN 1210 (Management Essentials)
• BUSN 2429 (Business Statistics)
• BUSN 3310 (Organizational Management Skills)
• BUSN 3314 (Ethical Management and Decision Making)
• BUSN 3431 (Business Statistics 2)

The successful candidate will instruct students, facilitate learning and evaluate student progress. You will plan, organize and teach learning activities. You will ensure students receive the knowledge, information and resources to succeed by maintaining a quality, learner-centered approach to post-secondary education.
