Looking for an enthusiastic, career-driven pharmacist who can collaborate well with other healthcare professionals to facilitate growth in the pharmacy business.

Regular Part-time
position
: Flexible 2-3 days/week in Burlington.Mondays. Fridays. q.o.Thursdays (days can be negotiated)
9:30AM -5:30PM
Assistant everyday
Duties:
- Dispense prescription medications to patients and provide clear instructions for use
- Review and interpret physicians' orders and ensure accuracy and appropriateness of medication therapy
- Collaborate with Family Health Team next door and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards
Professional Experience:
- Bachelor's or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited pharmacy program
- Minimum 1 year Canadian experience in a community pharmacy
- Injection Certified
- Minor Ailment Prescribing and conducting medication reviews
Skills:

Fillware
experience a must- Proficient in blister packs and batch billing an asset
- Proficient in dispensing medications accurately and appropriate counselling
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $49.00-$54.00 per hour
