Overview of the Role & Team Reporting to the Registrar, the Registration Officer (RO) is responsible for providing extensive customer service support to applicants, students, faculty and staff. Clients are to receive support via in-person, email and phone. The Registration Officer supports and delivers a wide variety of services relating to admissions, registration, records, fees/payments. The (RO) is the first point of contact in the Office of the Registrar and works in a fast-paced/high volume and time sensitive environment. The position involves cooperative work across all departments within the organization.
