We are currently seeking a seasoned Registrar and Finance Manager to lead operations at our
Calgary

Position Summary:
The Registrar and Finance Manager will oversee the Calgary campus's day-to-day operations with a specific focus on
academic records management, financial oversight, and data systems
. You'll bring a deep understanding of campus operations while providing expert leadership in registrar services and fiscal stewardship. This role requires a solid foundation in
financial principles and reporting
, as well as experience with
student information systems (SIS)
and digital tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead campus operations with a focus on registrar services, financial processes, and data systems.
Oversee enrollment management, academic records, and reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Apply financial education to manage tuition payments, budgeting, reconciliation, and reporting.
Prepare campus-level financial forecasts, assist with audits, and support senior leadership with data-driven insights.
Maintain and troubleshoot student information systems (SIS), ensuring accurate, integrated data across departments.
Support regulatory and compliance requirements, including provincial reporting and accreditation standards.
Supervise registrar and finance staff, fostering high performance and professional growth.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a
Campus Director
, Registrar, or similar leadership role in a post-secondary setting.
Post-secondary
education in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration
, or a related field is required.
Strong
technical skills
in working with SIS platforms, spreadsheets (Excel), and digital reporting tools.
Experience managing budgets, tuition accounts, and reconciliation processes.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with Alberta's private career college regulations is a strong asset.
