We're a privately owned, surgery-exclusive referral hospital led by Board-Certified Surgeons, and we're always excited to meet talented Registered Veterinary Technologists (RVTs) who share our passion for patient care, anesthesia, and surgical excellence. As our hospital grows, so does the opportunity to bring more RVTs onto our team -- whether full-time or part-time.

Located just an 8-minute walk from the SkyTrain in New Westminster, Bridgeway Veterinary Specialists offers a strong foundation for skill development, teamwork, and professional growth. As an RVT here, you'll follow your patients through their entire surgical journey -- from admission to recovery and discharge -- and play a vital role in their care.

What We Offer (for full-time employees):

$32-$34/hour, based on experience Customized benefits package 4-day work week with no weekend surgeries 4 weeks of paid vacation, including: 1 week during Christmas (hospital closed) 3 additional weeks, mutually scheduled Rotating after-hours follow-up calls, built into your regular schedule
Part-time opportunities are also available -- with hourly pay and scheduling tailored to fit your availability.

What We're Looking For:

A licensed RVT in Canada with strong anesthesia and surgical skills Passion for providing exceptional patient care Clear communicator and collaborative teammate Compassionate and detail-oriented approach with both pets and people
