We are a virtual digital health clinic providing early diagnosis and management for conditions impacting fertility such as PCOS, endometriosis, and hormone conditions. Our approach blends lived experience, nutrition, and mental health support.
We're looking for a Registered Social Worker who is passionate about helping clients with creating health behaviour change, improving relationship with food, and navigating ADHD. If you love blending therapy and practical lifestyle strategies, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct 1:1 virtual counselling sessions with clients struggling with emotional coping, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, de-motivation, and PCOS or fertility-related distress.
Use evidence-based and/or solution-focused approaches to help clients overcome barriers to health behaviour change.
Provide supportive and non-judgmental therapy tailored to each client's needs.
Use therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, or motivational interviewing to address emotional eating and self-regulation.
Offer practical, real-world coping strategies to support clients in their nutrition and health goals.
Maintain clear and accurate clinical documentation.
Stay informed on best practices related to ADHD, disordered eating, and women's health.
Collaborate with other healthcare providers as needed.
Qualifications
Required
: Registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers & Social Service Workers OR British Columbia College of Social Workers (
RSW licensure
specifically is required
)
Bachelors + Masters degree in Social Work
1-2 years of professional experience in a counselling role
Strong skills in motivational interviewing, CBT, or DBT
Passionate about women's health, relationship with food, and ADHD support
Preferred Experience
ADHD coaching or counselling experience
DBT for emotional eating and disordered eating support
