We are currently seeking a

Registered Social Worker (RSW)

to join our team as a

contract counsellor

in our new Penticton office. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing practice with a strong support system and a collaborative team culture.

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking a passionate, dedicated clinician who is comfortable working independently but values being part of a supportive and engaging team. You'll be working in a brand-new location with opportunity to help shape its presence in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide counselling services to individuals, couples, children/youth, and/or families Maintain client records and documentation in accordance with association standards Collaborate with other team members when appropriate Participate in occasional team meetings and professional development opportunities Uphold the values of Interactive Counselling: integrity, respect, consistency, and client-centered care

Requirements:

Must be a

Registered Social Worker (RSW)

in good standing with the

BC College of Social Workers

Must carry

professional liability insurance

Experience working with a variety of demographics and presenting issues Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently within a flexible and supportive framework
