Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated psychotherapist licensed in Vancouver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support and assistance to individuals and families facing various challenges. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to assess client needs, and a commitment to advocating for the well-being of those served. Sales and retention of clientele is also required.

Duties

Conduct assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized care plans. Provide counseling and support services to clients and their families. Monitor client progress and adjust care plans as necessary. Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and case progress in compliance with regulations. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients. Supervise interns or junior staff, providing guidance and support in their professional growth.

Requirements

A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required. Valid state licensure as a Psychotherapist Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients. Experience in clinical cases or direct client services is highly desirable. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated skills in supervising others, particularly in a social work context, are a plus. Commitment to ethical practices and continuous professional development.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $72.50-$75.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
