About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Psychotherapist to join our growing team. This role will focus on providing evidence-based therapy for children and adolescents, with an emphasis on treating OCD, body-focused repetitive behaviors (e.g., skin picking, hair pulling), and tic disorders, including Tourette Syndrome using Comprehensive Behavioral Intervention for Tics (CBIT).
The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical skills, a collaborative spirit, and a passion for working with neurodiverse youth and their families. Evening and/or weekend availability is preferred to accommodate client needs.

Key Responsibilities
Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to children and adolescents experiencing OCD, anxiety, and related disorders.
Deliver specialized interventions for body-focused repetitive behaviors (e.g., skin picking, hair pulling) and tics/Tourette Syndrome (CBIT experience or training preferred).
Conduct intake assessments, formulate treatment plans, and provide ongoing therapy.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychologists, physicians, and allied professionals.
Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
Offer care virtually and/or in person, depending on client and clinician preferences.
Qualifications
Registered and in good standing with the CRPO.
Demonstrated clinical experience working with children and adolescents.
Competence in treating OCD, skin picking, and hair pulling.
Experience with CBIT for tics/Tourette Syndrome preferred
Strong clinical judgment, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Evening and/or weekend availability preferred.
Interest in working with neurodiverse clients (e.g., Autism, ADHD, Learning Disabilities) is an asset.
