About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Psychotherapist (RP, MSW, or equivalent) to join our growing team. This role will focus on providing evidence-based therapy for couples and families, supporting relationship health, communication, conflict resolution, and mental well-being.
The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical skills, experience in couples counseling and family therapy, a collaborative spirit, and a passion for working with diverse clients.
Evening and/or weekend availability is preferred to meet client demand.
Key Responsibilities
Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to couples, families, and individuals experiencing relationships and mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and stress.
Conduct couples and family assessments, formulate treatment plans, and provide ongoing therapy.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychologists, physicians, and allied professionals.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Offer care virtually and/or in person, depending on client and clinician preferences.
Qualifications
Registered and in good standing with the CRPO or OCSWSSW.
Demonstrated clinical experience in couples counseling and family therapy.
Experience treating anxiety, depression, and relational challenges.
Strong clinical judgment, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Evening and/or weekend availability preferred.
Interest in working with neurodiverse clients (e.g., Autism, ADHD, Learning Disabilities) is an asset.
