Who We're Looking For
We're seeking clinicians who want to
grow roots within a group practice
. We'll provide the support and infrastructure to help your practice flourish.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain clinical autonomy while adhering to regulatory and ethical standards.
Convert consultations and build lasting therapeutic relationships.
Complete timely case notes and maintain confidentiality.
Integrate trauma-informed and evidence-based approaches.
Participate in professional development and collaborative team activities.
Requirements
Membership in good standing with a regulatory body that authorizes psychotherapy in Ontario (e.g., CRPO, OCSWSSW, CPO, etc.).
Professional and commercial liability insurance.
Reside in the National Capital Region.
Preferred Qualifications
We are especially seeking clinicians with:
Experience in
EMDR
or
couples/family therapy
(currently waitlisted areas).
Registration as an
RP (no longer Qualifying)
who is interested in developing toward future
clinical supervision
.
Availability
at least 3 days per week in person
(including some evenings or weekends).
Ability to provide therapy in
languages other than English
.
Specializations or lived experience supporting
marginalized communities
(e.g., 2SLGBTQIA+, BIPOC, Indigenous, neurodivergent, immigrant, etc.).
A desire to actively engage in our
practice culture and community
.
