Responsibilities
Provide individual and group therapy sessions to adults, children and adolescents facing emotional, behavioral, or developmental challenges.
Conduct thorough assessments to identify the needs of clients and develop tailored treatment plans.
Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions while monitoring progress and adjusting strategies as needed.
Collaborate with parents, educators, and other healthcare providers to coordinate care and support for clients.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient care, including treatment plans, progress notes, and case management records.
Engage in data collection and analysis to inform treatment approaches and contribute to ongoing research initiatives.
Stay informed about current trends in mental health and participate in professional development opportunities.
Requirements
Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field; licensure as a Psychotherapist is required.
Experience working with adults or children and adolescents in clinical settings.
Proven skills in mental health interventions and patient care, with an emphasis on collaborative approaches.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
