Position Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled

Registered Social Worker (RSW)

with a Master of Social Work degree to join our team as a

Psychotherapist.

This position involves providing evidence-based psychotherapy to individuals aged

16 and up

, with flexibility in caseload and scheduling.

Responsibilities:

Provide individual psychotherapy to clients aged 16 and over Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using our secure EMR system Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as appropriate Uphold ethical standards and regulatory requirements (OCSWSSW)

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from a recognized institution Registered and in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW) Minimum 1 year of clinical experience providing psychotherapy Valid professional liability insurance Availability to provide in-person and virtual care in Ontario

Preferred Experience:

CBT, DBT, trauma-informed therapy, or other evidence-based modalities Clinical experience supporting clients with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, and relational stress

Compensation & Benefits:

$55 to $80/hour based on experience and caseload Flexible scheduling to promote work/life balance Furnished office space for in-person sessions Administrative support, scheduling, and EMR access
