Inward Bound Psychology is looking to welcome a new team member with a passion for intentional clinical work that goes below the surface and works at a root cause level to help folks show up in the world with authenticity. We are seeking a Master's level regulated health professional (RSW, R. Psych) to join our team to support the deep clinical work we are known for! What we offer:

ABOUT THE ROLE

: Associates at Inward deliver therapeutic services that align with their skills, competencies, and passions. This may include individual, couples, family, or group counselling. Associates practice from a variety of modalities and have autonomy over the management of their clinical caseload while everyone on our team has a passion for longer term work targeted at addressing underlying causes of people's challenges. Associates are free to work flexible hours in accordance with their agreed upon use of the office space.

RESPONSIBILITIES/EXPERIENCE:



Delivery of tailored and evidence informed therapeutic interventions to all Inward Bound clients Maintenance of timely, concise, and accurate clinical records Delivery of service in accordance with regulatory body standards of practice. Maintenance of timely and accurate invoicing Abiding by service contract expectations such as 3rd party payees Demonstrate practice values in all levels of engagement with Inward clients, directors, associates, and other staff A minimum of a Master's degree in Counselling Psychology, Clinical Psychology or Social Work with governing body registration. 2 years post Master's experience preferred Additional professional development in modality development preferred- such as IFS, narrative therapy, EFT, somatic approaches. EMDR training considered an asset
