Position Overview

We are seeking a

Registered Psychologist, Clinical Social Worker, or Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC)

to join our Cold Lake team. The ideal candidate is passionate about mental health, dedicated to high-quality client care, and eager to be part of a collaborative and supportive practice environment.

Responsibilities

Provide evidence-based individual, couples, and/or family therapy Conduct assessments (if qualified) and develop treatment plans Collaborate with colleagues in a multidisciplinary environment Maintain accurate, ethical documentation in accordance with College standards Participate in clinical meetings, case consultations, and community outreach as needed
Qualifications

Registration in good standing with: College of Alberta Psychologists (Registered Psychologist) OR Alberta College of Social Workers (Clinical Social Worker) OR Certification as a CCC with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association Experience in trauma, EMDR, CBT, family/couples therapy, or other areas of specialization considered an asset. Strong ethical standards and commitment to professional development Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
