The RPN will be responsible for:

Leading the clinical teams in the excellent delivery of care services

Ensuring the care plan of each resident is up to date and built to support maintaining of dignity and continued independence the best extend possible

Leading for infection prevention and control practices

Building upon the skillset and drive of each team member to support career growth

Enthusiastic participating in sales, community and recreation activities

Complying with the Ontario College of Nursing, RHRA and other regulating authorities

Following all Levante Living policies and procedures

Managing care revenues, and labour and supplies expenses according to the budget

Prompting resolution of residents and family concerns

Performing other duties as assigned

Must haves:

Completion of Nursing program and currently registered with the CNO

3+ years in a leadership role

Vulnerable Sector Police Clearance

Strong leadership capabilities and excellent written/oral communication skills

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $21.68 per hour
