Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments, create care plans, and document in accordance with CNO standards and home policies. Ensure proper care delivery by maintaining current resident records and updating care plans as needed. Lead your team with a focus on collaboration and communication for positive resident outcomes. Prepare for and participate in care planning meetings and physician visits. Administer medications and treatments according to home policies and CNO standards. Stay up to date with community resources and continue to develop your nursing knowledge.

What We're Looking for:

Active registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario. Strong interest or experience in Gerontological Nursing and Long-Term Care. Solid computer skills and proficiency in CPR. A commitment to nursing science and leadership.
