Join a Mission-Driven Movement Built for Nurses

At OneNursing.ca, we are reimagining what healthcare staffing should look like. We put nurses first and connect them directly with opportunities that match their skills and preferences.

We are currently building a transparent online marketplace where clinicians can create detailed profiles, set their availability, and be matched with hospitals and healthcare facilities across Ontario. This ensures that you stay in control, clients find the right fit, and the entire process remains clear and fair.

We also believe that nurses deserve better compensation, fewer middle layers, and a say in where and how they work. Our model ensures that the majority of the hourly rate goes directly to you. You work hard, and we care.

If you are an experienced, compassionate RPN looking to travel, make a difference, and get paid fairly, this opportunity is for you.
