Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs)

Responsibilities:

Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to clients in accordance with individualized care plans. Support residents and clients who are ill, injured, or recovering, while promoting comfort and dignity. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, under the direction of a Registered Nurse or Physician. Monitor and document patient progress and communicate effectively with the healthcare team. Maintain cleanliness and prepare medical equipment as needed. Educate clients and families about ongoing care and wellness practices.

Qualifications:

Current registration in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO). Previous experience in a clinical or long-term care setting preferred. Strong knowledge of medical equipment and nursing best practices. Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills. Compassionate, reliable, and committed to providing person-centered care.
