We are currently seeking skilled Nurses to service our clients in the
City of St. Catharines, ON
., Welland,ON, Fort Erie, Lincoln, St. Anns, GrimsbyResponsibilities:
- Conducting assessments, monitoring health and identifying potential issues
- Assessing and documenting patient symptoms, progression, and response to treatment
- Experience with Tracheostomy Care ,Ostomy, IV, Vent, G/J-Feed, CADD, PICC, experience considered an asset.
Skills:
- Excellent patient care skills, including the ability to assess patient needs, provide emotional support, and promote patient comfort, proactive reporting
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
