Type of Work: Independent contractor, part-time, free-lance

Hours/Location: Vary depending on the week. Locations will be at company sites throughout the GTA, but our clinic/homebase is located in West Mississauga.

Responsibilities:

Administering vaccines, drawing blood and/or collecting urine samples from employees at company sites across the GTA.

Qualifications:

Certified RN or RPN in Ontario Certified Phlebotomist in Ontario Experience and education in phlebotomy and/or other medical settings Must have own car and be willing to travel around the GTA Excellent people/communication skills

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

What is your expected hourly pay rate for this position? Are you an RN, RPN, or certified phlebotomist in Ontario? If so, where and when did you get your certification? When would be your first available start day? What is your availability like into the fall? Do you understand that this is a casual, part-time, independent contractor position where we cannot gaurantee a certain number of hours per week? All medical supplies will be provided, but you are responsible for covering all of your travel expenses. Are you still interested in the position? Do you have any experience/education in occupational health nursing? If so, please describe. Are you available to work the last week of October 2025? Specifically the Tuesday and Thursday of that week? Do you have work experience in phlebotomy? If so, please describe and note approximately how many successful blood draws you have ever completed. Do you have any experience/interest in also acting as a medical receptionist on a casual/part-time basis at our medical clinic in West Mississauga? Do you have a car? And, if so, would you be willing to travel to sites around the GTA to perform work for us? Do you understand that our home base is in West Mississauga?
