We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the pharmacy operations, ensuring that patients receive their medications accurately and efficiently. You will work closely with pharmacists and healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care while adhering to all regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications to patients. Maintain accurate patient records and medication profiles. Provide information to patients regarding medication usage, side effects, and storage. Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations within the pharmacy environment. Manage inventory by ordering, receiving, and stocking medications and supplies. Perform medication administration as directed by healthcare providers. Utilize medical terminology effectively in communication with healthcare staff and patients. Support hospital staff in various tasks related to patient care as needed.

Experience

Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician is preferred. Hospital experience is highly desirable, providing familiarity with a clinical setting. Knowledge of medical terminology is essential for effective communication within the healthcare team. Experience in patient care will enhance your ability to assist patients effectively in their medication needs.
