Job Description
Adecco is currently recruiting for a permanent, full-time Registered Pharmacy Technician in Burnaby, BC to work at a well-established Canadian retailer encompassing corporate and franchise supermarkets. The ideal candidate will be a Registered Technician and in Good Standing with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia. * Location: Burnaby, BC
- Job type: Full-time | Permanent
- Shifts: Night or Afternoon Shift
- Communicate with retail stores / pharmacies to ensure all CPAKs are accurate and safe to dispense
- Operate and maintain Automated Dispensing equipment used to generate and produce compliance packs for the stores, as well as prepare and package medications using SynMed and Vandenbrink Blister Packaging Machine
- Work together with other members of the Product Verification team on continuous improvement processes
- Maintain pharmacy stock through inventory control systems
- Experience with high volume filling environments is an asset
- Effective written and verbal communication skills are a must
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills are necessary
- Being a strong team player and a part in our Company's Blue Culture values are a must
- Able to complete work with minimum supervision
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
