Anderson's Pharmacy is looking to hire a Pharmacy Assistant (with previous experience) or a Registered Pharmacy Technician for our dispensary practice.We pride ourselves in offering our patients friendly and caring service. We are looking to add to our team someone who can contribute to this vision. Our pharmacy is located inside a medical professional building with the business hours of Monday -Friday 8:30-5:30. We are closed weekends and holidays.Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:-assisting pharmacists in the preparation and dispensing of medications and other pharmaceuticals to patients.-servicing the front counter, offering customer service, telephone inquiries, and cashier duties.- preparation of compliance packages and maintenance of monthly schedule of patients-help in management of dispensary inventories, through ordering, receiving and rotating stock, return outdated and unsalable product.-assist in proper care and maintenance of equipment pertaining to pharmacy.-maintain work area in an organized and hygienic mannerWe are looking for a candidate with-previous pharmacy experience-strong commitment to patient service-strong interpersonal skills with team members and patients-effective organizational skills - with an attention to detail-eager to learn-previous experience with Kroll pharmacy software is an asset-effective problem solving skillsSuccessful candidates will be contacted for an interview.Job Type: Part -Time permanent with potential to increase to full timeWage is commensurate with experiencePlease apply with resume, cover letter and referencesJob Type: Part-timeSalary: $17.00-$22.00 per hourSchedule:
