Our Pharmacy team at our Central office drives the strategy and service planning for our store pharmacies, to ensure our patients get the best and most innovative services to help them with their healthcare needs.

What you\'ll do:

• Conduct product verification on all compliance packs prepared to ensure accuracy and completeness of all prescription orders prior to delivery
• Operate and maintain the Vandenbrink Blister Packaging Machine\xc2\xae (VBM) used to generate and produce weekly compliance packs for SDM stores
• Verify compliance packs produced by the Synmed Ultra\xc2\xae Machine and/or using the VBM Software
• Prepare and package medications for delivery
• Verify each package accurately and thoroughly
• Ensure proper storage, handling, disposal of drugs and return to stock procedure in accordance with SOPs
• Dedication to promoting a workplace of inclusiveness and belonging

What you bring :

• A minimum of 1 year of continuous work experience as a Registered Pharmacy Technician in a pharmacy environment is an asset
• Experience with centralized filling environments an asset
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Attention to detail
• Teammate and leadership skills
• Be able to complete work with minimum supervision
• Comfortable standing for portion of the shift
• Registration as a Registered Technician and in Good Standing with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia
