, we are seeking a

Certified Hand Therapist (CHT)

to join our passionate, multidisciplinary team. Our clinic specializes in providing exceptional therapy services to patients with hand and upper extremity conditions, helping them regain function and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive evaluations of hand and upper extremity function. Develop and implement customized treatment plans based on individual client needs. Provide specialized therapeutic interventions, including exercises, manual therapy, and use of advanced equipment. Educate patients and families about injury prevention, recovery, and long-term management strategies. Collaborate with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals to ensure seamless, coordinated care. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in hand therapy and integrate best practices into patient care.

Qualifications:

Certification as a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) is required. Licensed as an Occupational Therapist (OT) or Physical Therapist (PT) in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of British Columbia or the College of Physical Therapists of British Columbia. A minimum of 18 months of experience as an OT or PT, with at least 1,200 hours of direct experience treating hand injuries. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to providing high-quality patient care. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
