  • Be able to work within both expanded and non-expanded scope of practice providing healthcare services
  • Apply the nursing process utilizing the skills of observation, assessment, nursing diagnosis, counseling, and health teaching according to the established care plan. The interdisciplinary team will ensure that, on an ongoing basis, the emotional, spiritual, physical comfort and safety of clients are met to the greatest possible extent within the scope of practice.
  • Strong assessment skills and proven ability to effectively communicate required along with exceptional interpersonal skills, and an ability to handle difficult situations in an objective consistent format
  • Maintain confidentiality of client and corporate information
  • Uphold infection prevention practices
  • Proactive Health & Safety activities while performing all duties.
  • Other relevant duties as assigned
Education & Nursing License Requirements Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing, and have or obtain a nursing license through the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba (CRNM) (our team can assist with procurement of this licensure if you are currently licensed in other provinces)Benefits Of Working With Integra Health- Highly competitive pay packages paid on an hourly basis.- Accommodations and travel provided- Per diem pay

Experience: A successful candidate would possess within the past five (5) years either: **
  • Over 1850 hours of working experience performing acute/critical care nursing activities:
  • All courses and qualifications will be reviewed/discussed at time of interview
  • Current and valid Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) / Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare Providers ,Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) , Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) International Trauma Life Support (ITLS) certifications
  • Proof of COVID Vaccinations
  • Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector check (must be within 12 months)
  • Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) Certificate
  • Must have a valid driver's License
