Registered Nurse

to join our team and support our sedation services.

Role Overview:

The Registered Nurse will work closely with our dentists and clinical team to assist with moderate sedation procedures, monitor patients, and ensure the highest standards of safety and comfort throughout treatment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare patients for sedation and dental procedures. Assist the dentist and anesthesia provider during sedation cases. Monitor and record patients' vital signs before, during, and after sedation. Administer and manage IV access when required. Provide post-operative care, discharge instructions, and patient reassurance. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Ensure all infection control and safety protocols are followed.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario. CPR/BLS certification (must). ACLS certification (must). Experience with IV sedation, anesthesia, perioperative nursing, critical care or emergency medicine is preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
