Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. Duties

Assess patient health status through comprehensive evaluations and medical history reviews. Administer medications accurately following established protocols and medical terminology standards. Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Monitor patient progress, document findings, and communicate updates effectively. Assist with pain management strategies tailored to each patient's needs. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff. Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with medical practices related to senior care and dementia care.

Experience

Proven experience working as a Registered Nurse in hospital settings with acute care responsibilities preferred. Background in nursing home or assisted living environments, including senior care and dementia care, is a plus. Strong understanding of medical terminology and medical office procedures is essential. Experience working with diverse patient populations is preferred.
