Position Description

As a Registered Nurse in the outpatient surgical clinics, you will provide family-centered nursing care to children along the continuum of care. This position will support a defined cluster of outpatient surgical clinics. You will assess the nursing needs and provide care to support children and families as they experience illness and the response of treatment. Here\xe2\x80\x99s What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Love

Here\xe2\x80\x99s What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Need

• Baccalaureate degree and/or Diploma in Nursing
• Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario as a Registered Nurse
• Minimum of two years of experience in nursing
• Experience in pediatrics preferred
• Experience with surgical patient populations preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to use your critical thinking, problem-solving and teamwork abilities
• Experience working in an interdisciplinary team

Employment Type; Full time, 13 month contract
