Job Summary:
The successful candidate will meet performance standards as outlined by the College of Nurses and by the Trillium Health Centre policies and procedures
Responsible and accountable for decisions and actions in the provision and management of medical care for patients
Practitioner, consultant and educator for appropriate patient groups and health care team members
Qualifications:
Graduate of a recognized College or School of Nursing and preferably hold a Baccalaureate degree.
Registered in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) or currently meet the eligibility criteria to register in good standing in the Temporary Class or General Class with the CNO.
PALS certification preferred
CPR/ACLS
Minimum of one year Paediatric experience
All shift availability is required
Evidence of ongoing professional development is preferred
Satisfactory attendance and performance required.
