Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. Duties

Perform a variety of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, and therapeutic massages, tailored to meet individual client needs. Assess clients' physical conditions and discuss their preferences to develop customized treatment plans. Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and ready for use. Provide excellent customer service by creating a welcoming environment for clients and addressing any concerns or questions they may have. Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in massage therapy techniques. Document client sessions accurately, including treatment details and any relevant medical history using appropriate medical terminology.

Experience

Proven experience as a Massage Therapist with a valid state license or certification. Familiarity with medical terminology is preferred to enhance communication with clients regarding their health conditions. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey treatment plans and address client inquiries.
