Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Massage Therapist to join our wellness team at Recoup Health. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and creating a relaxing environment for clients. As a Massage Therapist, you will utilize your expertise in various massage techniques to help clients relieve stress, alleviate pain, and promote overall well-being.

Responsibilities:

Perform therapeutic and relaxation massage treatments tailored to individual client needs. Assess client conditions, develop treatment plans, and provide professional recommendations for ongoing care. Maintain accurate client records, including health histories and treatment notes. Collaborate with other healthcare practitioners within the clinic to provide integrated care. Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and client confidentiality. Contribute to creating a welcoming and supportive environment for clients and team members.

Qualifications:

Registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO). Professional liability insurance as required by CMTO. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Previous clinical experience is an asset but not mandatory; new graduates are welcome to apply.

Experience

Proven experience as a Massage Therapist is preferred; however, recent graduates with relevant training are also encouraged to apply. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds. Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus, enhancing the ability to understand client needs in relation to health conditions. Certification from an accredited massage therapy program and valid state licensure are required.

Pay: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
