TruBliss Wellness & Beauty Spa. (Woodbridge Ontario) is looking to welcome a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to our Award Winning Team of Wellness Professionals.We are open: Monday through Sunday, with flexible options for compensation and working hours.

Percentage Split: 65/35 (from $74 per hour)

Employment Option: $47hr / 4% vacation pay

Room Rental: $175 Per Day

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional therapeutic massage services to clients, helping them to relieve stress, alleviate pain, and promote overall well-being. The Massage Therapist will create a welcoming environment, ensuring that clients feel comfortable and cared for throughout their experience.

Duties

Perform a variety of massage techniques tailored to meet individual client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage. Assess client conditions by reviewing their medical history and discussing their specific needs and preferences. Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and ready for use. Communicate effectively with clients about their treatment plans and any adjustments needed during sessions. Provide excellent customer service by building rapport with clients and addressing any concerns or questions they may have. Keep accurate records of client treatments, progress, and any relevant medical terminology that may impact their care. Stay updated on industry trends and techniques through continuous education and training.

Qualifications

Valid state licensure or certification as a Massage Therapist. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred to better understand client needs and conditions. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as required by client demand. Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on creating a positive client experience. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
