Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Massage Therapy: Perform a variety of massage treatments, including Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, hot stone massage, and other specialized techniques, to address clients' specific needs and promote overall well-being.

2. Client Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their individual health history, concerns, and goals, and customize treatment plans to meet their unique needs.

3. Exceptional Customer Service: Provide an exemplary level of customer service, ensuring that clients feel welcome, comfortable, and cared for throughout their spa experience.

4. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other spa professionals, including aestheticians, spa therapists, and reception staff, to ensure seamless and integrated service delivery.

5. Professional Development: Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and new techniques, and actively seek opportunities for professional growth and skill enhancement.

6. Compliance and Safety: Adhere to all relevant health, safety, and regulatory standards, maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment for clients and staff.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Certification as a Registered Massage Therapist from an accredited program and a valid license to practice in the Ontario

- Proficiency in a variety of massage modalities and techniques, with a demonstrated ability to tailor treatments to meet individual client needs.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with colleagues.

- A genuine passion for wellness and a dedication to providing exceptional care and service to clients.

- Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and hygiene in the practice of massage therapy.

- Previous experience in a luxury spa or wellness setting is preferred but not required

Pay: $75,268.34-$102,613.65 per year
