Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Massage Therapist to join our healthcare team at Ascend Massage and Wellness. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating clients with acute and chronic problems.

As part of our collaborative and patient-centered approach, the Registered Massage Therapist will work closely with other healthcare professionals in a supportive environment to deliver high-quality care tailored to each client's needs. Duties

Conduct thorough assessments of patients to determine their physical condition and treatment needs. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations and goals. Implement therapeutic exercises and interventions to enhance mobility, strength, and function. Educate patients and their families about treatment options, exercises, and self-care strategies. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities and progress reports. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients. Stay updated on the latest research and advancements in Massage Therapy practices.

Skills

Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients, families, and colleagues. Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and patient management. Compassionate approach towards patient care with a focus on improving quality of life.

Pay: $60,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
