Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and professional

Registered Massage Therapist (RMT)

to join our home-based wellness clinic. The ideal candidate is client-focused, reliable, and passionate about promoting health and wellness through therapeutic massage. The clinic provides a calm, safe, and supportive environment designed to offer high-quality care to a loyal and growing clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide a range of massage therapy treatments including Swedish, deep tissue, and therapeutic massage based on client needs and preferences Assess clients' soft tissue condition, joint quality and function, muscle strength, and range of motion Develop individualized treatment plans and maintain accurate client records Educate clients on relaxation techniques, stretches, and post-treatment care Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment space Adhere to all professional regulations and clinic policies, including hygiene, safety, and confidentiality standards Support client rebooking and retention efforts

Qualifications:

Must be a

Registered Massage Therapist (RMT)

in good standing with [Provincial College or Licensing Body] Valid liability insurance CPR and First Aid certification (preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently in a home clinic setting Flexible availability, including evenings or weekends (if applicable) New graduates are welcome
