Responsibilities
Provide high-quality massage therapy services tailored to individual client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and therapeutic techniques.
Maintain a clean and organized treatment room, ensuring all equipment and supplies are sanitized and well-stocked.
Conduct thorough client assessments to understand their health history and specific concerns before each session.
Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend follow-up treatments or self-care practices as needed.
Document client progress and treatment plans accurately in accordance with company policies.
Uphold professional standards of practice by adhering to ethical guidelines and maintaining confidentiality.
Experience
Proven experience as a Massage Therapist with relevant certifications from an accredited institution.
Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to anatomy, physiology, and common conditions treated through massage therapy.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
Exceptional communication skills to effectively explain treatment options and address client inquiries or concerns.
