Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of various massage techniques and a commitment to providing exceptional care to clients. As a Massage Therapist, you will create a relaxing environment that promotes healing and well-being, helping clients alleviate stress, pain, and tension through personalized massage sessions.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough client assessments to understand individual needs and preferences. Provide high-quality massage therapy services, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, and other modalities as required. Maintain a clean and organized treatment room, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and ready for use. Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend follow-up treatments or self-care practices. Document client progress and treatment plans accurately in accordance with company policies. Collaborate with other wellness professionals to enhance the overall client experience. Stay updated on industry trends and techniques through continuous education and professional development.

Experience

Valid state licensure or certification as a Massage Therapist is required. Proven experience in providing various types of massage therapy preferred. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and contraindications for massage therapy. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if necessary. A commitment to maintaining professional standards and ethics in practice.
We are looking for a RMT thats available Wednesday 12-6 Saturday Sunday 9-1pm

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $45.00-$60.00 per hour
